Contest participants
All natural persons who participate in the announced prize campaign can participate in the prize game. The winners are drawn by a computer system with a random selection or are chosen by the organizer's committee.

The right to participate in the prize draw (and other awards of items or vouchers)
Individuals who are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia can participate in the prize game. Employees of the organizer of the prize draw, their immediate family members and persons employed by companies that participate in the implementation of this prize draw may not participate in the prize draw. Legal entities cannot participate. Also, persons who do not accept the rules of the prize game cannot participate in the prize game. Participation in the prize game means that the participant has accepted the rules.

Rules of participation in the prize game
Participation in the prize game is not conditional on the purchase of products or services from the organizer.

Electronic prize draw
The draw is open to anyone who enters the sweepstakes, and each entrant can only enter once. The results of the draw are final and appeal is not possible. The winner will be informed about the prize and the method of collection via e-mail.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash, nor can the prize be exchanged for another product. The winner must provide the organizer of the prize draw in writing (via e-mail) with his/her personal data - name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number and tax number - no later than three (3) working days after receiving notification of winning the prize. The organizer is responsible for paying all taxes, including VAT, related to the prize. The organizer will issue a certificate to the prize winners in accordance with the Income Tax Act and the Regulations on the delivery of data for income tax assessment. The prize winner must declare the value of the prize received in the income tax return.

Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner is obliged to fill out a declaration of acceptance of the prize. The organizer is not responsible for any additional taxes related to other prizes. If the winner does not fulfill all obligations, it is considered that he does not want to accept the prize, and in this case the organizer is free from all obligations towards the winner and acquires the right to dispose of the prize at his own discretion. Prizes are not transferable.

The organizer of the prize game protects all personal data obtained from participants in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data. Personal data received by the organizer during the prize game are used exclusively for the purposes for which they were obtained. The participant of the prize game agrees that the organizer can send him notifications about its offers and services. The Participant or his legal representative may at any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data collected for direct marketing purposes.

The organizer reserves the right to conduct the award ceremony as a public event. By participating in the prize draw, the participant agrees that his name and address may be used in the organizer's audio, photo or video materials. The winner also allows the organizer to publish his personal data in the public media and on the website for the purpose of informing about the results of the draw and claiming the prize.

By submitting their data through the entry form on this page, the participants of the prize game confirm that they are familiar with the rules of the prize game and undertake to act in accordance with these rules.

The provider reserves the right to set different or additional rules and conditions for an individual prize game, which in this case will be publicly announced. Participants will be made aware of these special rules and conditions in a clear and unambiguous manner, even before starting to participate in the prize draw.

Prize games usually take place on social networks, where instructions on how to participate and the duration of the prize game are always published. All participants must follow the instructions posted with each individual prize draw.
