The online store www.puffy.si (hereinafter the online store/store) is managed by the company Puffi, sewing, marketing and business services, Aljaž Skornšek sp, Vrenska gorca 16, 3255 Buče (hereinafter the provider/seller/company/Puffi/store) .

These general business terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services published in the online store www.puffi.si , which is managed by the company Puffi, měrkínjere in obježnost storitve sp, Vrenska gorca 16, 3255 Buče (hereinafter the provider/seller/company/Puffi/ shop).

Each user is obliged to comply with the general terms and conditions applicable at the time of submitting an online order. Before the final submission of the order with the obligation to pay, the user is each time specifically warned of the applicable general conditions, which he must confirm and agree to. The general terms and conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the sales contract.

By submitting an order in any form, the user is deemed to fully accept these general business conditions.

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information before concluding the contract or before being bound by the offer:

  • the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number, tax number, information on whether it is liable for VAT, transaction account),
  • contact information (email address, physical address of the company, telephone number),
  • the essential characteristics of the goods (including sales services and guarantees) and the validity period of this information (if limited in time),
  • product availability (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable period of time),
  • terms of delivery of products (including method, place and time of delivery),
  • the final price of the goods, which must be clearly and unambiguously determined and must show whether it includes taxes, delivery costs or other possible charges, and the validity period of this information (if it is time-limited),
  • payment methods and delivery options,
  • time validity of the offer,
  • the term within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; it must also be clearly stated if and how much the return cost is borne by the buyer,
  • an explanation of the complaint resolution process, including the contact details of the responsible person or customer support service.

For complications and problems that would arise from possible improper use of the goods or if the instructions and warnings of the provider are not followed, the provider is not responsible.

Employees of the company Puffi, marketing and business services, Aljaž Skornšek sp, Vrenska gorca 16, 3255 Buče, which manages the online store www.puffy.si , are not competent to personally solve any problems regarding the use of goods.

The provider is not responsible for any occasional problems with the operation of the www.puffi.si online store, any inaccuracy of information, or any damage caused by the use of inaccurate or incomplete information.

The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract or realization of the order if there is a significant error in the offer. A fundamental error includes elements on the basis of which the company would not agree to conclude the contract. The mentioned errors also include obvious errors in the price, which may be the result of technical and other problems.

Communication takes place via publicly available and published channels or company contact information (e-mail, address, telephone).

The user can place an order in the online store www.puffi.si as a guest or as a registered user. Registration is not required to purchase.

The registration process itself is quick and simple. When logging in to the website, the user creates his own account, through which he can: edit personal data, delivery addresses, payment methods, monitor order statuses, check purchase history and easily repeat past purchases.

Each registered user receives a login username and password. The password is confidential and known only to the user. The username is the email address that you enter during registration. To this address, the user receives a confirmation e-mail to complete the registration. The user is responsible for ensuring that the password and access to his account is used exclusively by him or an authorized person. Registration enables the user to have a better overview of past purchases and to manage orders faster.

The customer makes a purchase in the online store in a few simple steps: he selects a product or products and adds them to the basket, inspects the contents of the basket, enters invoice and delivery information, selects the delivery and payment method and confirms the order. The provider then delivers the selected goods to the selected address in the shortest possible time.

The customer purchases in the online store by adding or removing products from his "BASKET" as desired. By moving the mouse over "IN BASKET", the customer will see a list of added products. By clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button, the customer can see the details of the products in the cart and the total amount of the order (excluding delivery costs and other possible costs related to the payment method).

In the "APPLY COUPON CODE" section, the customer can enter a valid discount code in the "ENTER COUPON CODE" field and click the "APPLY" button.

Before completing the order, by clicking on the "PAYMENT" button, the buyer can make any changes or correct errors if necessary by returning to the details of his basket.

By clicking on "PAYMENT", the customer moves to the next step of the order. First, he enters the payer's information (name, surname, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number). The phone number is mandatory, as it allows the buyer to receive free notifications about the order progress from the provider or delivery service.

If the buyer wants to receive a company invoice, check the "COMPANY INVOICE" box and enter the name of the company and the tax number.

If the buyer wants delivery to another address, check the box "I WANT DELIVERY TO ANOTHER ADDRESS" and enter the information about the delivery address. If you do not check this, the products will be delivered to the address shown on the invoice. Then the buyer chooses the method of payment and delivery. Before submitting the order, the buyer is expressly warned that the order is connected with the obligation to pay and that he must agree to the general terms and conditions of business.

The purchase is completed by clicking the "ORDER NOW" button. Throughout the entire process, the customer can review the order and correct any errors until the order is completed.

The user can cancel or change his order by placing a new order with the appropriate changes on the website and sending a request to cancel the previous order to the e-mail address info@puffi.si . The customer can also cancel or change his order by phone at 040 416 450.

The provider allows the customer the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery
    Cash on delivery enables payment by cash or card upon collection of the package. When paying by credit card, the delivery service charges an additional cost of 1.13% of the redemption value.
  2. Payment by advance invoice (on TRR)
    You will receive the proforma invoice to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. The deadline for payment of the advance invoice is three (3) working days. If payment is not made within this time, the provider no longer guarantees the reservation of the ordered products.

Important information about payments
Depending on the chosen payment method (e.g. PayPal, installment payment with a Diners Club card, etc.), the buyer may incur additional costs, such as commissions and other costs charged by the payment service provider. These costs are not included in the price of the product, but are calculated and displayed separately at checkout. The buyer is aware of these costs before placing the order and they are clearly stated in the summary of the order and on the issued invoice.

The buyer receives the issued invoice to the e-mail address he specified in the ordering process, namely after the purchase contract has been concluded. The invoice is also attached to the package with the ordered products. If the buyer is ordering the product as a gift for another person and wants the invoice not to be included in the package, he should inform the seller about this and request that the invoice be sent only to his e-mail address.

The provider operates in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, and ships products both within the Republic of Slovenia and abroad, mainly to the territory of EU member states.

The invoice details the price and all costs related to the purchase (possible additional payment for delivery/postage, payment cost related to the selected payment method), and also includes a notification to the buyer about the right to withdraw from the contract.

Delivery time is from 1 to 5 working days after receiving payment - delivery is not possible during weekends and holidays. The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time. You have the option of personal pickup at the PUFFI location, marketing and business services, Aljaž Skornšek sp or delivery to your chosen address.

The contractual partners for delivery are GLS and DPD , which deliver the packages in the morning to the address specified in the order. If you are away in the morning, you can choose delivery to another address, parcel machine or collection center. In case of absence, the delivery person leaves a message with further instructions for collection. If you do not receive the ordered goods within a few days of dispatch, please inform us immediately. The provider will check the status of the shipment and inform you about it.

Delivery costs
The cost of delivery in Slovenia depends on the value and weight of the order and is calculated before completing the purchase after entering the delivery data.
For orders over €150, postage is free in Slovenia.

We also deliver goods to many European countries. The list of countries is available in the footer of the website next to the language selection. We ship packages every working day.

The provider reserves the right to reject the order if the buyer has unpaid overdue obligations to the provider from past orders, if the buyer is in a dispute with the provider in connection with a purchase through the online store, if the buyer abuses the right to withdraw from the contract or if the buyer, upon withdrawing from contract returned damaged or destroyed goods and did not reimburse the provider for the damage caused.

The provider also reserves the right to reject the order in the event that the authorization to make the payment is not confirmed by the bank and therefore payment is not possible, or in the event that the provider receives a notification from the bank or a state authority about the misuse of a bank card that has been used, or about any other abuse that dictates the cancellation of the order.

In case of rejection of the order, the buyer receives a notification with the content "ORDER REJECTED".

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. To protect this data, it uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks via the Stripe system. Card information is not stored on the provider's server, which ensures additional security when paying.

If, upon receiving the shipment, the buyer notices that the package or the product in it is physically damaged, that items are missing, or that the shipment shows signs of being opened, he must immediately notify both the provider and the delivery service. The notice should be given at the time of collection immediately after delivery. In addition, at the request of the delivery service or the provider, the buyer is obliged to fill out the appropriate forms and attach the necessary evidence to resolve the complaint.

In order to secure evidence as best as possible, the buyer should send photos of the shipment, labels with delivery information (shipment number, delivery operator), pictures of the damaged packaging (inner and/or outer) and the damaged item together with the notification. It should also include a brief description of the resulting injury.

If the buyer notices damage to the package or traces of opening upon delivery, he can refuse to accept the package. It is recommended that, if possible, he takes a photo of the package and immediately informs the provider about the problem by e-mail info@puffi.si with the subject: COMPLAINT/DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE , or by calling 040 416 450 .

Information on whether the product is in stock is clearly displayed in the description of each item. When the customer places an order, the products will be delivered within the time specified in the order confirmation. Standard delivery time is usually three (3) business days after payment is received.

However, if there is an increased number of orders, such as during discounts or special campaigns published on the website or in the Puffi online store, the delivery time can be extended up to a maximum of 10 working days. If the buyer does not want to wait due to a longer delivery period, he can simply withdraw from the order and not complete it.

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. The prices in the online store apply to the products, with postage or delivery costs not included in the price and charged additionally.

If it concerns companies or VAT payers, it is mandatory to submit an identification number or tax number when ordering. Prices are valid from January 1, 2024 until canceled or changed.

The buyer is informed about the amount of delivery costs in the order summary before confirming the order, where the costs are clearly shown separately. Delivery costs are indicated both on the order and on the invoice for the issued goods, and are paid by the buyer together with the order amount. Delivery costs are part of the final price of the entire order.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed, and are displayed even before the order is confirmed. The cost of delivery depends on the size, dimensions and weight of the shipment and includes the cost of packaging and preparation. These costs can be changed in accordance with the price list of the delivery service, but after the conclusion of the contract (in accordance with the general terms and conditions) they can no longer be changed.

Valid prices are those valid at the time of placing the order. The prices apply to online purchases and under the terms of payment specified in these General Terms and Conditions.

Regular and special prices are displayed in the online store:

  • Regular prices apply to all users of the online store (registered and unregistered). These prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional prices have a limited validity and are intended for all users of the online store. They apply to certain products or categories and are specially marked. Promotional prices apply to a limited quantity suitable for households and may be daily, weekly, monthly or multi-day, depending on demand and stock.

Funds paid in according to the proforma invoice do not bear interest if the proforma invoice is not paid more than 5 working days before the delivery date.

  • The price of an item is the final price at which the consumer buys the item.
  • The original price is the old, higher price of the item that was in effect before the discount.
  • Promotional price is valid for a limited time, date specified, and may be extended subject to availability of stock.
  • The last 30-day low price is the lowest price that was used in the last 30 days before the reduction.
  • The total price is the sum of the prices of all items not included in the package.

Discount codes, discount coupons or promotional codes enable various benefits when shopping in the online store. Active codes are usually displayed on advertisements on the main page, in promotional emails or other media such as social networks. These codes can bring different types of benefits, such as gifts, percentage discounts, fixed discounts, discounts on selected products or categories, discounts on the entire basket, free shipping or a combination of several benefits.

Discount codes have a limited validity. If the customer uses the discount code and later cancels the order (regardless of the reason), he is not entitled to a new benefit, as he is considered to have already used the code.

The discount code cannot be combined with other discounts, unless specifically stated. They also cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. The provider will always clearly indicate which products or services are excluded from promotional offers. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash. If you use a discount code or promotional code at the time of purchase and later withdraw from the contract, this code will count as a discount and will not be refunded. Only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.

How to use the discount code:
The buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the basket. The value of the order must be at least 1 EUR higher than the value of the discount code. When the buyer finishes selecting products, he enters the code in the "ENTER COUPON CODE" field and confirms by clicking "APPLY". The discount is automatically deducted from the total amount of the order, leaving only the amount to be paid by the customer.

Discount codes can be limited to one-time use or to a certain number of purchases. Different forms of discounts and benefits cannot be combined in one order.

When the buyer clicks on "TO PAY", he enters his information, chooses the delivery method and determines the payment method.

We guarantee you a 100% safe purchase and the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods in accordance with the ZVPot.

We guarantee you a 14-day period for returning purchased goods. In accordance with the provisions of Article 43. article of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of taking over the goods that he withdraws from the order/contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The buyer must send the notice of withdrawal in writing to PUFFI, marketing and business services, Aljaž Skornšek sp, Vrenska gorca 16, 3255 Buče , or by e-mail to info@puffi.si .

The buyer must then return the goods to the company's address within a further 14 days. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service). Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all accompanying documentation, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced through no fault of the buyer. The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not meet the general business conditions. After receiving the returned goods, in accordance with the law, we will return the payments made to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. When returning, the buyer must attach the invoice for the goods and personal data and the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the refund.

Product exchange:
If the buyer finds that the size of the unused product does not suit him, he can easily exchange it for the appropriate size. In this case, shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Factual errors:
The buyer can assert rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day he discovered the defect. The notification must accurately describe the error and allow for inspection of the product. The seller is not responsible for material defects that become apparent after two years from the delivery of the goods. If the defect appears within the first six months of delivery, it is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery. Complaints:
All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. If the buyer receives a product that does not correspond to the description (wrong product, quantity, color or deviation from the order), he has the right to complain. The buyer can request a replacement, repair or refund. Complaints can be handled in person or by agreement the goods can be returned by mail at the seller's expense. If it is a defect, the buyer has the right to request a replacement of the product, a refund of the amount paid or the correction of the defect, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The provider is committed to complying with all laws governing consumer protection. All possible ambiguities, comments or complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible, taking into account the applicable legal regulations (in particular the Consumer Protection Act) and working towards an amicable resolution of all disputes.

The provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of such disputes in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
